Nathan Delai said 6 months ago Thanks Mark,did an isolation test with another computer (This now takes the test and issue to 4 different computers) Fresh Installation of Windows, Fresh Install of Play It Re Re ripped 25 CDs as a testKept Isolated of any network and had the files on a secondary SSD (Not the primary) and it still happens even was just trying to run the onboard audio output without an audio interface as i thought they may have caused it im running out of ideas Mark Hawkins said 6 months ago Well Nathan, I'm very puzzled.From my experience, in practice, PlayIt Live is quite undemanding on modern computer hardware.If it's OK when the "Spec Check" (Help -> Spec Check) is run (green ticks) then it really should be OK.I assume the music files are MP3 rips (I would suggest 320kb/s if possible but that's just to preserve audio quality).Fresh Windows installs seem to take a while to "settle" (updates etc).Are the computers you tried up to the required specs? would also avoid anything beyond the "built in" Windows anti virus/anti malware.
