Hi All, When processing an image with DXO Pure Raw, I get different results with DXO Pure Raw 2 versus DXO Pure Raw 3. Using Deep Prime. The image is from a Nikon Z7II using the Nikkor /4.5-5.6 S Lens. The DXO Pure RAW 3 result is curved in at the top and bottom corners of the image. The DXO Pure RAW 2 result seems fine.

One of DXO's strengths is that its default conversion is very good and you can take advantage of raw with little effort. Simply load your files into DXO and then export to jpg. DxO OP is not designed to do what PS does, in fact - it is more a replacement for Lightroom, but can do a bit more than Lr does (from what I know of Lr, anyway - others may have differing opinions).I would not use DxO OP for processing JPEGs. It is really designed for raw conversion and processing. It can be used on JPEGs, but I think you might get better results on JPEGs from other products.Just a single for instance: DxO OP does not have the extensive brush tools that PS has.GIMP is very good at processing JPEG files. Better than Photoshop because it is able to re-write the JPEG at identical encoding values to reduce artifacts.I like GIMP better than Photoshop, but the interface is different, although generally GIMP echoes the features of Photoshop.
