Program wont close from task manager

If a program wont close in Task Manager it means a driver is preventing it from closing, usually a problematic capture card that gets stuck and won't allow any program that Like the title said. I press x'' on the program, It just wont close. Why is that. ? I know how to use the task manager to force close/end task, but its not how any program should be close normally.

It not my 'preset' as the issue exists without loading any presets (i.e just load vmix without any preset's). I'm using 2 x Decklink Quads (Input Channels) and 1 x Declink Duo (Output Channels), not sure which version of the drivers I have on the Decklinks, but probably only a month old. I also have a complex set of ASIO and WDM audio drivers, and Virtual Audio Cables (Which are psudo devices - and the top of my suspect list). Ill try and isolate which one is causing the shut-down issue. Interestingly I can RESTART Vmix (after changing something in the config) and this gives me the ability to restart VMIX when I have issues I need to sort out, without rebooting every time. I solved it by unchecking Auto Authorization AND moving the installation folder to NOT be the two Program Files folders. For some reason, when trying to download something to the Program Files or Program Files (x86) folders in windows 11, you need to give it permission. There must be some protection scheme or something for those folders. Doesn't come up if you make a folder outside of windows or the program files folders. Once the IK Manager can start by using a non-protected folder, it can then install to the windows or program files folders.
