I am using windows 11 in tablet mode. When I pull my mouse down, the taskbar opens. I don't want this to happen. I'm just trying to get it to open when I click on it. Um... I talk about the situation very clearly in the message you quoted. If my mouse doesnt move outside my window, the taskbar will not open automatically.
